Owner Occupied

The bank will finance 80% of the appraised value based upon the purchased property and the proposed improvements. Upon completion this loan would be converted to a pre-approved term loan.

Investor Property

This program is designed for the real estate investor looking to purchase distressed property for resale or upgrade and rental. The bank will finance 75% of the appraised value based upon the purchased property and the proposed improvements. Upon completion this loan would be converted to a pre-approved term loan.
